The Reds have agreed to a trade offer that will send D’Backs SP Darren Langholtz to them, and SS Paul Kelly back to the D’Backs.
Langholtz, 25, won 16 games last year with a nice 3.48 ERA. The Reds are rebuilding, so this will probably give them a piece to build around. Kelly, 29, is a gold-glove caliber short stop, with a quick bat and a great eye. His BA was held to only .286 last year, but is a career .311 hitter. His OBP% is .100 higher than his BA, at .411.
