According to sources close to the team, the Toronto Blue Jays are taking a more ‘conservative’ stance to the rebuilding period and may be willing to package together a few prospects closer to the majors for a larger quantity of farther away prospects and draft selections. There are also rumors that they may be willing to deal the first overall pick for a package of lower draft picks.
